Does Glamadonna offer exchange?
Yes, we offer an exchange or credit note on full-priced non-pierced items provided that the goods are in their original, un-worn condition with all tags attached.
We will not exchange or credit any items with the appearance of being worn, and we reserve the right to carefully examine each item brought for exchange before accepting this request. We require a receipt to facilitate any exchanges or credit note.
You may exchange your unworn product subject to the above, in original condition within 10 days of receiving the item.
You may post your item back for exchange within 10 days. Please contact us via email for authorisation before posting any item back. Please note that exchange via post is at the customer’s cost, and the cost of posting new items to you is also at your cost.
We strongly recommend that you send all returns by a tracked postage method as we cannot be held liable for parcels lost in transit.
Does Glamadonna offer refunds?
Please note that we do not offer refunds, except where the goods are proven by us to have a manufacturing defect, and not the result of mis-handling or general wear and tear. In accordance with the relevant legislation refunds for faulty goods are only paid if the fault cannot be rectified. We do not refund for "change of mind".

Please note that Glamadonna carefully quality controls each item before dispatch. We check that all crystals are in place, there are no signs of damage or tarnish, and that all the clasps are in perfect working order. If there is a problem with your Glamadonna item you must notify us within 72 hrs. The item must be returned to us within 10 days of finding the fault and we will repair or exchange the item. We will provide you with a new item when the item cannot be repaired.

YES - All items as shown "in stock" on our website are ready to ship! Once payment is confirmed, your order will ship ASAP between Wednesday - Saturday. Please note we are closed on Monday and Tuesday. If you require your urgently please email us and we will see what we can do to help.
In the rare circumstance that our inventory is incorrect and we cannot fulfill your order we will contact you straight away. It is the customer's choice to select an alternative or take a refund.
