Are all of the items on your website available in the stores (and vice versa?)
No. Certain pieces will only be available via our website, and others will only be available in the stores. This is due to space restrictions in our boutiques, where we simply cannot display our whole range at one time, and so these items will be available online.
I saw something in your store but I can't see it on glamadonnashop.com.au
Not everything in the stores will be available online, see above. Gradually we aim to incorporate our whole instore inventory into our online store, however this is a work-in-progress!
Can I get something from the online store brought into a retail outlet to see it first?
Sorry, we cannot do this. Items purchased online, can be exchanged in our stores however within 10 days (please see our exchange policy page for further information).
What are the products made from?
Glamadonna utilises a great variety of materials in its collection. Please note that we create "costume jewellery" which is imitiation jewellery composed of non-precious metals and components. Descriptions such as "gold" do not infer precious metals, rather they are a description of colour. Where we do use precious metals and stones (such as Sterling Silver), this is clearly described as such in each individual product description.
Can we get some styles in greater quantities (say, for Bridesmaids?)

What is Cubic Zirconia (CZ)?
Cubic Zirconia is a flawless synthetic diamond. The stones are created to have brilliant sparkle and whiteness, just like a top-end diamond, and come in many shapes and sizes. CZ's are often indistinguishable from the real thing.
What is Rhodium?
Rhodium is a White Gold derivative, used extensively in fine jewellery manufacturing. Rhodium is a very high quality plating, which deters tarnish and oxidisation of metals. When treated properly it maintains a bright "white" shine and can be polished gently with a silver cloth.
